Here, under the direction of renowned German boxing coach Ulli Wegner, his expert boxing career officially began.

A fight at a kebab shop in Essen, Germany, in 2015 resulted in a hit-and-run attack that left Charr shot multiple times in the mid-region and forced him to undergo emergency surgery that evening to save his life. At the time of the episode, Charr was partying with rapper Kay One. This was after a confrontation with an online thug who had been abusing the boxer for a few weeks. Career

On September 8, 2012, in Moscow, Russia, Charr faced up against WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko after compiling an ideal record of 21-0. With a right snare in the second round, Charr was destroyed. The fight was stopped in the fourth round due to a cut Charr received from Klitschko’s fists. Charr vigorously contested the stoppage, but the decision stood and Charr suffered the first professional loss of his career.

On February 22, 2013, in Galaţi, Romania, Charr defended his WBC International Silver heavyweight crown against Yakup Saglam.
