Tim Tszyu was born to Russian parents of Russian, Korean, and Mongolian ancestry in Sydney, New South Wales. The International Boxing Hall of Fame inducted his father, Kostya, a former undisputed light-welterweight champion, in 2011. Tim’s most enduring fashion interest began to develop at the age of six when he signed up for vaulting. At the age of 10, he switched sports to association football.
